Sinopsis Español:

Nikolai, un gran terrateniente y hombre de mundo, organiza estancias en su mansión que pone a disposición de algunos amigos. Para los invitados, incluido un político y un general del ejército ruso, el tiempo transcurre entre comidas gourmet, juegos de mesa y debates intensos sobre la muerte, el anticristo, el progreso o la moral. Mientras se discuten los diferentes temas, cada uno expone su visión del mundo, de la historia, de la religión. Las horas pasan y los espíritus se calientan, los temas se vuelven cada vez más serios y la diferencia de culturas y puntos de vista es cada vez más evidente.

Sinopsis Inglés:

Nikolai, a great landowner and man of the world, organizes stays in his mansion that he makes available to some friends. For the guests, including a politician and a general of the Russian army, time passes between gourmet meals, board games and intense debates about death, antichrist, progress or morality. While discussing the different topics, each one presents their vision of the world, of history, of religion. The hours pass and the spirits heat up, the themes become more and more serious and the difference of cultures and points of view is more and more evident.
